Privacy
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless service that does not profile individual visitors. Fonts and all assets are served from this domain. Apart from the newsletter sign-up data and the technical server logs described below, the only personal data processed on this site is what you choose to send by email, and it is used solely to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
If you sign up to the email list, you'll first get one email asking you to confirm, and only after you confirm is your address on the list. The list is run by Buttondown, LLC, an email service based in Richmond, Virginia, United States, which processes the data on my behalf and sends the emails for me. For each subscriber it stores the email address, the IP address, the page you signed up from, and the time of signup; see Buttondown's privacy policy. The data is stored in the United States, and the transfer from the EU is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The emails don't record whether you open them or which links you click. Your address is used only to send these updates, and it's never sold or shared for any other purpose. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), given by confirming the signup. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to [email protected], and your address is then deleted.
Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), which processes technical connection logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site, acting as a service provider. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
